The location of the hotel was great since it was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. we enjoyed the fact that there was a nice view from the hotel room.

The room was not up to our standards, given the price we paid. The carpets were dirty, and the furniture looked quite old.

Although, it was disappointing to encounter a manager who had trouble confirming payments despite evidence, causing unnecessary stress and leaving a negative impression.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of being situated in a prime location near popular attractions and great restaurants. One of the best aspects of this hotel was that the staff were welcoming and helpful, guiding us on things to do and see in the city. the rooms were comfortably furnished and well-maintained.
